The eCoPR becomes available on the Portal site (the one you get access to on P2), so it's not sent to you via email. But the answer is yes, I got the eCoPR document on the 7th.

Thanks! Yeah, I think we always try to find ways to have some "control" over the process, but the reality is, after you press submit, you're a passenger until the end lol 
 
After you got it, and with such a close timeline to mine, I was really hopeful to get it yesterday, but it still surprised me.

Yes, I called IRCC twice after P2, but no use, they asked me to wait.

did you try sending any email to Etobicoke office? I heard people do send emails and getting the update. I am not sure though.

Yeah, unfortunately, yes, I'm seeing that as well, very frustrating. I want everyone to get fast eCoPR, but it's quite frustrating and bad for anxiety to see a lot of eCoPR delivered for applications that received P2 after mine. 
 
My landing office seems to be Etobicoke since they're the ones sending me the P1

I am still waiting for CoPR, since April 24, (Etobicoke). I have seen many people are getting CoPR in couple of days since P2.

Yeah, Tracker has been dead since April 4th, same for me. I am just not referring to it at all. 
GCkey's status has been the same as you had mentioned. 
 
I just got to learn when I called IRCC for some different clarification, that Eligibility and BGC have not started yet. 
Yeah, hopefully, if they're doing more than saying, it is still good. Let's all live in anxiety :D
