Could you please reply me about the complain procedure questions below? Is that a real good way to contact CO?
Many thanks!
I never got any information since last year.....
I'm the same situation with you now!! My lodgment date is 28/6/2018, then CO contacted me on 17/10/2018, and then nothing happened until now!!
I've already been waited for 10 months.....
What can I do?
Yes i mailed them again on the email id and via the feedback portal
nothing yet my friend no reply from their end
really frustrated
Go To feedback
And select Complaints
Select Finalize request
and right your request in the test box available
Provide your agents email id that has been authorized to rcv mails
Second
You can write a suggestion.. so select suggestion instead of complaint and send that
In each and every case give ur agents email id
My agent is also not helping and is saying wait
My medicals/PCC and everything is going to expire
You submit this and let me know
In my case the lodgement date was 29th May 2018. 1st CO contact (for form 815 for my daughter) on 18th Sep and 2nd CO contact for repeat medicals was on 4th Feb. Although the medical outcome was "clearance provided" during first time as well as 2nd time. Now my PCC & medicals for other family members are going to expire in May 2019. I have called them multiple times and sent a couple of emails as well. Is it a good idea to submit online feedback. If yes, pls suggest what options should I select in the feedback. My agent is not supporting at all.
