Local high commission usually pings CO. So maybe due to that reason CO takes it as a complaint..if you are sure that application doesn't have a single loop hole then write to local high commission about your case... Only then CO won't be able to do any rejection

Just call them, they will ask you what they need to proceed.

You can email your local high commission office and they will ping the CO... But this might make your CO furious since it will be termed as escalation

The only thing I want to know is how to remind CO to look my case....email and call center is useless! I believe he totally forgot my case.
If anyone wrote the complaint form through the feedback, could you tell me what information do I need to write down? my case no.? CO name and position number? Agent Email? and how long did you get the feedback from DHA since you submit the complaint?

My AFP was expired when CO first process my case, so he asked my to update AFP and provide more relationship documents.
My agent forgot to submit my Form888, relationship photos and shared address letter at the first lodgement...
