Latest PCC uploaded. Medicals done by March 2019.

Yes,We got Tourist visa on 24th Aug and after a month we got partner visa. Thanks :)

So first u got tourist and then after one month partner ?

Hey Jazz, Case officer contacted us on 22 Aug and asked for PCC and granted tourist visa on 24th of August. I think, you'll get your partner visa soon. Good luck :)

Hi lucky. I have also lodged my visitor visa on 12 sep and immigration contacted us on 18 sep to double check our documents.. and click ok.. 
although I have uploaded all docs just adding more docs like recent phone calls and chats.
When did they contact u after u lodged or visitor and did they straight away asked for PCC or any other communication in between.? TIA

Indian applications are processed at Delhi office so we have lodged a tourist visa on 6th Aug , thought they might picked our partner visa file and this worked. you guys can also try. just sharing for your reference. :) All the best (Y)

Hey Tahilc,Thanks:) my wife works for an American company remotely from India and the case officer misunderstood that she has been living in US since then so CO asked PCC for US. We had submitted a letter from her Employer stating that she has been working remotely and never been to states.

dazhaxie - It was a arranged marriage and there was no long term relationship before marriage.
