@Dr. Maheepal Singh: My AOR is of 21st Sept'18. Have completed more than 145 days but still in IP2. I suggest just wait for the 170 days mark. It should happen hopefully. This wait has been frustrating.

You can call CIC on +16139444000. Try to Call around 18:00 hrs (IST).

You will have to go through a series of options so please sit ready with your application number & Security Question/Answers handy( DOB,MOB,Email,Address..etc)

Getting on the line to talk to an agent is a quite frustrating & tedious but you can try multiple times ( 2-5 times ) to reach the executive if you don't succeed right first time.

In My case, Fortunately i reached to an agent at the first point of contact but i have to wait in a queue for 30 mins.
