Hey congratulations!! Did you have Review Required for your eligibility? Why did it take so long? I'm trying to understand the reason for the delay? My eligibility is recommended pass and I've been in queue for review by the officer since May 9. However, I see applicants who are marked for Review Required are getting PPR before me. This is getting hopeless

Hello,
Anyone who gets to read my comments, please remember the following:
1.Every Case is different.Patience is the key.
2.Every case takes it own sweet time,so dont panic whether it is under or over 6 months.
3.Helpline executives in Ottawa will be able to provide you only generic responses,so dont waste your time calling.
4.Web form case specific query is the best way to communicate,as you recieve a written response.
5.The tracker on your application doesn't get updated, so stop being anxious about it.
6.Finally, the information on this tracker provides you with a big picture,it may or may not hold good for your specific case.

All the best to all of you.

Waiting in Progress,Raised a web form query after 180 days,was asked to undergo another medical test and send updated passport(was expiring within six months), before that no update whatsoever.

Not yet. But since today morning I have spoken to 3 Applicants who were more than 185+ days, all the 3 have got their PPR today morning and rejoicing.

So I think we just wait till the 190th day. It seems it will get done soon.

Yes. This journey has confirmed one fact that one can just not predict the CIC system. Visa Offices also just don't matter.

A couple friend of mine who had applied 21 days after mine got their PPR this Monday. Beat that. VO was Ottawa. Really happy for them but yeah I was reminded of that scene from 3 Idiots when their results were out :-P

I am not sure if there is anything we can do about the delay in processing of our applications.

Same here. Now it's getting just too frustrating after seeing the tsunami of PPRs being issued from 21st to date. we
