ok, that means i have been in IP2 since Feb begining. And, We did get a ghost update today on our CIC profile page (no email). Will update here if the status changes in the coming days. Good luck to you as well.

"Your Background check is in progress" implies IP2. PPR mail is triggered within just a few days pursuant to the above change in ur status. Hold on tight right now. U should get ur PPR any moment.

Hello there, I have been following your comments. How does one infers one's BG Check stage i.e. IP1 or IP2. Does the status "Your background check is in progress" imply IP1 or IP2.
