I changed the fields on this case back to FSW-Outland / US because processing is apparently based on the status when we applied, not our current status. 
 
GCMS notes show that we're "Final: Approved" and have been in the CoPR print queue since late March.

We changed from FSW-Outland to FSW-Inland (on temporary residence permits) after the final decision was made.

I spoke with IRCC today. They confirmed that a final decision was made on March 22, 2020, but further paperwork has been delayed because of the COVID-19 situation. They couldn't explicitly say, but strongly implied, that we are approved.

Our new medical exams passed yesterday.

I spoke with IRCC today. Our eligibility, criminality, and security are all passed. They are still reviewing our new medical exams, which they confirmed will be the last step before our approval. We both have minor/moderate pre-existing conditions, so I'm not surprised the review is taking a while, especially given the Covid-19 situation.
