You will not be able to change the text of your message

I finally received a ghost update this morning. Under "Review of additional documents", the text "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided" changed to "Not applicable." My only ADR had been way back in June 2019, just for a form (IMM 5475) authorizing my wife to get info about my application.

Yes, I'm in RR - the agent said "basic review." I'm guessing it's because of a statutory question (medical for spouse, but both our exams passed quickly).

March?!?! Do you have a review required on your file? That seems very long! I’d ignore that suggestion and call back in a couple of weeks.

According to IRCC's call center, my file was moved from Sydney to Ottawa on Jan. 13 because of workload sharing: moving case backlogs to offices where more agents are available. They suggested I call back at the end of March if there hasn't been an update by then.

I think the fact that your file has been moved to Ottawa is a great sign! Hopefully you will hear good news soon. My status still remains unchanged since August 20, 2019.

I just called and learned that my file is now at CPC-Ottawa, but the status is otherwise unchanged.

I ordered GCMS notes on Nov. 27, and was just notified that IRCC will be taking another 90 days to answer.

I called IRCC on Dec. 23 and was told that I'm still in the queue for my eligibility to be reviewed by an officer; it doesn't look like any documents are missing; and there's no estimated completion date.

I just received another update: "The application is in the queue for review by an Officer. Our office is unable to provide a timeline for completion. You will be contacted in due course."

Oh no! CIO Sydney is my VO too I think... I just doubled checked my GCMS notes.... it looks like Ottawa is only a secondary office for me and Sydney is the primary :( Hopefully they pick up the pace soon!

I'm a US applicant but CEC Inland, and I'm assigned to Montreal. My case has been pending for 7 months now, and the criminality and security checks are in progress. I'm not sure how long it's going to take, since I got a request for my RCMP police certificate, and there was no record. I ordered my GCMS notes, and the last note entered at the end of June was that my case was ready to finalize.
