Yes! I used services of a consultant.

The problem is that we self employed applicants need to submit so many documents to prove the work experience. I think "More the documents and contracts, more the work to read and check, more the time it will take"

However, my agent has another point of view.

He believes, "more the documents, more will be the clarity to the visa officer, more and quicker he will gain confidence in making the decision."

Ahh so cool that you have your duties described at the franchising contracts! I really hope that doesn´t delay our cases, in my mind the logic is exactly the same, we and all the other candidates have someone that works close to us writingletters describing our job duties... The only difference is that the requirements for self employeds are not crystal clear (at least that´s my impression)!! Did you also used the services of a immigration consultant?!

One more thing, I have also submitted a letter on my Company's Letter Head describing my Company's business and the role I play in my company, with all the jobs and duties.

My Income tax assessment documents (from government's website) for last 3 years.

Reference letter from the Accountants service company who has been providing service since 2008.

Reference letter from the franchisor company associated with my franchise business mentioning my jobs and duties.

Franchise Agreements of last 9 years which are signed between my company and the franchisor company which also contain my role in the business.

All the above documents also state that I am the proprietor (owner) of the business.
-------

What do you think about all this? Do you really believe it will take more time in the entrepreneur cases?

Yes, I do have a business since 2007! The things I remember sending: letters from 3 suppliers  and my company´s  accountant with my job duties, article of incorporation,  a very old payslips and a very recent one, income tax, print screen of governemnet page with my name as a member of the "board of directors", print screen of a government website saying that my company is active at their data base! Which documents you submitted?

You wrote some where that you are an entrepreneur. Did you have your own business?

If yes, what documents did you submit to prove the experience?
