Im in the same boat . i have submitted yesterday . as my company has not given me the reference letter  i have taken it from my manager along with his company id card and contact details . hopefully it should work . in which format did you submit ?

Okay. well i'm sorry to hear they refused your application. sometimes it just feels unfair that you are not even given a chance to explain yourself. i hope you get this figured out and your employer provides you a reference letter. good luck!!

Job code 2171, my employer didn’t provide reference letter, hence took reference letters with roles and responsibilities from colleagues , but the VO is not satisfied with my Canadian experience.

"I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement(s) because you did not
demonstrate that you acquired one year of qualifying Canadian work experience."
As I have found that you no longer meet the minimum criteria to be eligible to be invited to apply set out
in an instruction given under 10.3(1)(e), you no longer meet the requirements of Section 11.2 of the Act.
I am therefore refusing your application.
