You just need to upload a letter (in the same file with the others PCC, in case you need more than one) with this statement:
"I am applying from a country that requires an official request letter from IRCC to get a police certificate."
First it is very normal to take more than 2 months, that's is the reason they let you upload that letter, and second you are never going to see the PCC, everything is online between them.
Pacience is a really long way, I did not receive a single update from IRCC in 7 months, and I heard is taking longer everyday, the only thing I learned is that they will let you know if they need something from you they will request it
It's been a long time since I send the documents to the Embassy and I am almost meeting the deadline of submission, did you asked them to extended the deadline?
It took around 2 months. You just need to upload a letter with some specific sentence they give you in the ircc portal and be very patient
How long did it take you to get the Police Check from México? Did you apply for it through the Canadian embassy?
But It seems that MAY CEC were delayed someway somehow, because suddenly they liberated a lot of us
