Hi lance494, I just applied from US last month and saw your update on tracker. I would like to gauge the situation for applicants from US and am curious why is it taking so long for you to receive PPR. Is your case complex compared to others? Would you mind sharing any useful info? TIA. :)

No, there is no way to force a decision from IRCC. Raising a webform or ordering notes are for informational purposes only. They will update the application when they complete it.
