I've just got the PR email. A couple of weeks ago I got the ghost update and when I call the CIC they said that both my background and eligibility steps are done. You could probably call the CIC and ask them if there is any update on your profile that you cannot see, some of the CIC agents are very nice and will tell you in which stage of process you are in. Hope you get the happy email ( asking for your passport) very soon.
