Called IRCC they said pandemic has caused delay ... and same answer with another call center agent... did yo uapply GCMS notes any info from that

Hello Markivss, no update yet. I was not able to give biometrics earlier as all VACs in India still not taking biometrics for PR applications. But recently I gave in another country so file may start processing again. also your country of residence is Canada and mine is India so things will be different
