Hi SathishSSN, your 309 was granted quite quickly. Congrats. You must have done something right. What do you think is the secret of your quick turnaround? Any tips? Also you applied for 309 (Offshore) for your wife and child as an Australian PR, right? Was a Marriage Registration Certificate from India a requirement? If so was it a Marriage Registrar issued Cert or a Court Magistrate Issue cert or a Municipal Office issued Cert. And was it in English?

Did you do your PCC again provided that you must have done your PCC during your PR application , or PCC was only for your wife and child ?

i provided both my India and Australian PCC upfront. I applied indian PCC from Australia and they didnt hold my passport. i went for a day to the respective place after booking appointment and then PCC was mailed to my postal address in Australia.

Ok..great..i guessed it correctly..Was your India PCC asked again ? As Indian embassy keeps original passport for issuing PCC..I am bit skeptical about this process.

Yes, when i applied PR, they were non-migrating members. I moved to Aus first and did partner visa for them later. I got 2 grant letters one for 309 and other for 100.
