Hi, I have noticed email today with approval pdf attached although it was sent yesterday as there is no power in PEI because of Hurricane Fiona. Then I logged in to see application status as updated. I didn’t notice any changes (probably ghost update). 
Yes, my program is under express PNP. 
I am working in PEI in NOC B job. I have submitted letter from employer to the PNP. Not eligible for CEC yet.
