BRO, as I have found during my search, means Backlog Reduction Office. So, they are mainly concerned with those whose processing is late. For me, I've had a problem in my medicals that made them take 11 month to approve my application. And they've only done so when I have proved the medical officer wrong as per his notes on my file. Since then the processing of my application has moved to Niagara Falls

Hi Ahmad , Congratulations :)
Can you help me understand what "BRO office" is ? Also you mentioned you got directly in touch with your VO office. Which email address did you use for the same ? I got a confirmation on a webform I raised that all my application processing was completed 2 months back but haven't received anything since then. In my last IRCC call they informed me that my VO office is also Niagara falls.

I have been in Egypt most of the time. My office has changed to Niagara falls after 11 months of processing with Ottawa. This change probably happened when I was on a visit to New Zealand. But I have never been to Canada or the US

Congrats for ur PPR.
I wanna know is it sth normal that ur visa office was in niagara, or were you in canada or US recently with any other types of visas like tourist visa? Or ur country of resident were egypt all the time? I just want to get excited if u were a completely outland applicant who recieved ppr
