How's this outland but Country of Residence - Canada ?

Hello folks, thought about sharing my application status once I get my PR approved. So here it goes.

Application type: Outland FSW Express entry
CRS score: 475

In chronological order:
AOR: Jan 8th, 2020 (Was in USA, when I submitted application)
Medical 1st: Jan 27th, 2020 (passed)
Moved back to India: Aug 8th, 2020 (F1 Opt Expired)

Entered Canada (on work permit, my employer filed for it before I exited USA): Dec 18th, 2020
Medical 2nd (my first results expired after a year): April 9, 2021 (passed)
COPR: Sep 1st, 2021

Hello, could you share your experience? I am also about to move to Canada with a work permit during my application.

Did you receive a eCOPR through email or do you have to mail your passport to somewhere for stamp?

good question. Unfortunately I do not know the answer for that if i was still in outland or moved to inland.

Wow, congrats! Do you think moving to Canada and becoming an inland applicant helped? Or were you always an outland candidate, even when inside Canada?
