But I do see that you have created your case in CEC. Why is that?
I am FSW-O (Not PNP) and yes, I did do upfront medical. And I strongly suggest everyone with expired medicals (assuming eligibility is passed) do the same! IRCC updated my medical within a week!

And yes, did you do upfront medicals?
I see a pattern that folks doing upfront medicals are getting PPR soon.
