Some more information:
I called up IRCC a couple of times after May, ensuring that I had at least 15 days between calls. Did not need to call for GCMS notes as I was advised not to do so before the completion of a 120 days. My paperwork was crisp and I DID NOT give them anything more than what they asked for (with the logic that the lesser I give them, the quicker they can evaluate & process my application)
My CRS: 468 (draw cut off: 452)
Education: BCom + MBA (JBIMS)
WES evaluation: Two or more degrees (MBA evaluated as a 1 year PG)
IELTS: 8/7.5/8/8 (LRWS) 1st attempt
Travel history: 1 country (Indonesia)
PCC: Only India - obtained from PSK
POF: Savings account + FD receipts + 3 month online statement + bank letter (ICICI)

Employment: Offer letter, promotion, reference and resignation along with paystubs (6.5 years work ex in one company)
