As the Security status from GCMS notes are redacted, I cannot say for sure if I had security screening or not. The fact that my latest note shows "Ready for approval" could mean that I have passed all of the stages necessary to get approved, including security steps. It seems to me that being assigned to the "CN COVID PACE" group causes the delay for my case since with the travel restrictions in place, and not being eligible to travel to Canada, my application has the lowest priority among other applications, especially inland applicants.
Unfortunately, I did not receive anything from them. According to my latest GCMS notes, my case is stuck in "ready for approval" from May 2020, but it stayed there since then without any further changes. Also, the notes indicated that my latest ghost update was in regard to the medical exam's validity extension to September 2021.
