Medicals Passed on June 29th.  
What is next? and when?

Medicals Exam Given by PA: 10th June. 
Ghost Updates - 11th June, 13th June and 14th June on Application Status Tracker. Anyone knows what this means?

We submitted everything in a timely manner. PCC of PA was submitted on 25th March itself in the main application. 
Biometrics was submitted 3 days after requested on 29th May. 
On 30th May, I received Sponsor Eligible Letter and a week later PA received email about Pre-Arrival. 
Medical Exam was requested on 7th June, PA did her Medical Test on 10th June, and there was a Ghost Update yesterday on Application Tracker Status (hopefully medical passed).

What change did you notice in your application that informed you that the app has changed from 'AOR' to 'Background check in progress'? 
Also what would be the trigger for 'Prearrival'?

Hi Mahi815, thank you for the advice it helped me link my account. :)

Hi Mandeep. When linking your application to your GCKey account, make sure to include the Sponsor in the question that asks about 'how many people are included in the application' or something like that. So it will always will be 2 or more (if there are dependents). That was our mistake and why we couldn't link it at first. Hope this helps.

Guys one question, is it necessary to link your application to an IRCC account? I cannot link it, the IRRC page keeps showing error or try again. I am just using the Application Tracker Status.  
We are waiting for Medical Request and after that Passport Request. Will I need IRRC linked account or will we get emails for both? Please let me know.

I have few updates now -  
Visa Office - Sydney, Canada. 
I received The Application Received email (AOR) on 5th April. I had submitted my application on March 25th. 
My account was activated on the Application Tracker Status portal by IRCC on 29th April. 
Received Biometrics request for my spouse on 26th May (was dated 25th May on the form). 
Ghost Update on 27th May on the IRCC Application Tracker status portal. 
Submitted Biometrics in VFS office on 29th May.  
Hoping to receive Medicals soon. 
 
The minor error - I didn't select 'YES' on the checklist form, I guess IRCC accepted it, as it is an outland application.
