You can drop them an email if you'd like. Sometimes that helps. The email ID is in the PPR you got.

It shows the below address as the delivery location, and the original '365 Laurier Ave West' as the Recipient.

Hi, Can you please confirm if your Passport was delivered to below address,
2303 STEVENAGE
OTTAWA, ON K1A1L1
They are saying that's CPC Ottawa's mailbox where all the international packages gets delivered.Can you please see your proof of delivery of FedEx and confirm. Really urgent please.
