Hello dear friends from canadavisa and rusforum! Where i'm not registered:)
We checked all work history documents. Visa officer regected experience from previous employer. The most sad that we uploaded all documents about this job, even job offer. Job offer is in English because it was subsidiary of international company. NOC and duties from job offer are consistent.
We decided not to appeal or reapply. Thise terms and delays are disrespectful to migrants.

Awful to hear such news. I think it's possible to send an appeal in this rejection with the correct document - I heard several times that people succeeded with it. Stay strong!

This dumba didn't touch my file since medical passed. 9 months they did nothing. In the middle of april there was changes in line Background Check: Not Applicable. This staus had been laid for 1,5 months. On 5th july we recieved Refusal email.

Hello. It is difficult to find ghost updates or any additional info because primary applicant very dissapointed by waiting time and doesn't want to check cic-cabinet or to get GCSM :)
