same here bro I had lodged at 23rd of november 2018 and despite of sending every single evidence of pte, case officer had request to verify pte again on 13th of may 2018. my pte is more than 2 year old but within the limit of 3 year but case officer had requested without even reading the document properly now its been more than 255 days gone and there is no news at all. My pte was taken right in the heart of sydney and i have been living in Australia for more than 6 year.

As you mentioned that same concern seem to me, however, we can't do anything. its depends on their mind and almost 240 days gone since lodged and 65days Emmi commencement email.
