The next ceremony for Wyndham is on  17Sep & 18Sep. Will have to wait till mid Aug to know if I get my chance. A friend of mine got approved on 21st march but was not invited for July ceremony.

@rajeshm333, any news on the ceremony invite mate?

@rajeshm333 - I believe, we have to wait till September 2022 now for the ceremony to happen. There are 2 dates in Sep 22 (17th and 18th). I have heard that sometimes for few, they get invite for the ceremony which happens at the Federation Square, City as well. Honestly, that would be better than waiting till September. Anyway, let's keep each other updated. Stay in touch, Cheers :)

Sure. Thanks for the update. My Approval date is on April 14th just right after yours. If we miss July 24th, we need to wait till mid of September for next ceremony :(

No, I haven't. I have emailed the council and they responded with the below
"We currently schedule 160-180 people per ceremony with three ceremonies scheduled each of the remaining dates for the year. These dates are listed on the website - https://www.wyndham.vic.gov.au/about-council/your-council/australian-citizenship-ceremonies

Conferees have just been allocated today to the upcoming ceremonies on July 24th where we will confer 540 new citizens. People who were approved Citizenship in March 2022 have been invited to these ceremonies on 24th July. From July to Dec, we will have 15 ceremonies (across 5 dates) and there will be 2,700 people invited. That will bring the total number of people invited to attend a ceremony to 4,240 for the year"
