Not really. That depends on several other parameters. For example, have all applicants invited on 12 May been approved or not yet? Any invited applicants on 15 and 16 May? Also, how many applicants were invited on 17 May as it seems hundreds were invited on 17 May. 
 
Anyway, at least the approval strategy is a bit clear for us now.

Since Mid April, Victoria is approving based on appointment letter date, not test anymore. So, if someone took the test after you, but he was invited before you, he takes the priority. I hope it is clear. 
 
These are my observations, which seem to be correct. Filter the results for Victoria only and sort the results based on appointment letter date, once done, you will figure out approval pattern since Mid April.

Not yet. No additional docs were requested.

You will receive it as an email. Check your application to ensure your email is correct. Also, you can check Immi account.

I assume the interview appointment letter comes through immiaccount and not in the post? 
I applied on Feb 22 and still waiting.
