Ceremony today finally, 1st April ceremony was cancelled due to Easter lockdown in Brisbane.

Guys i have received an email for face 2 face ceremony at Brisbane con centre on 1st April 2021

@kris9 sorry i havent received any invitation for Citizenship ceremony

Hey.. did you already get the invite for ceremony for 29th Oct?

Hi Nishant, you mentioned in the timeline that type of ceremony is Normal. Did you get the invitation for the Ceremony?

So i received an email from Brisbane.citizenship@homeaffairs.gov.au 
on 29th Sept 2020 @3.30pm saying they are starting 
additional testing each Saturday from 10 October 2020 to 12 December 2020 in the Brisbane Office. 
 
They asked me to email preferred saturday, i replied im fine with any saturday  
 
they replied (noreply@mail.appointments.homeaffairs.gov.au)on 30th Sept 2020 @9.45 pm asking me to come for test on 10th Oct @9am. 
 
it was a 10 min process, the security asked me if i had cough or cold, told me to scan the barcode from the email, took the slip and the case officer called and verified my documents like driving license and birth cert, clicked a pic and asked me to take the test, once i cleared the test, all good approved for citizenship

What time did you receive the email on the day?

I hope so very frustrating time 😞😞
