I didn't provide the ICV book but I got a polio booster vax and letter from doctor (I'm onshore) as a response. 
No plan for new Indo PCC as of now, as it was not requested yet at this point.

thanks for responding, ICV is basically a yellow book for international certificate of vaccination, something like this

are you planning to provide new Indo PCC? as it may have expired as of today (at least 6 months post your lodgement date has passed), or wait if they require a new one?

Hi, what is ICV? I only provided polio vaccine certificate. And I didn't submit any new Indonesian PCC as it was valid when I lodged it.

another question, did you provide renewed Indonesian PCC (SKCK) as well? since it's stated on the certificate that it's valid for 6 months and as of now yours is already over 6 months? do you think that it's necessary to provide renewed PCC or wait for CO if they need a new one?
