You will not be able to change the text of your message

Onshore applications receive priority and direct grants are quicker than CO contact ones. They don't consider first in first out for Grants. 
Cant be generalized but that has been the trend. 
The slowdown is due to resources being diverted to process the 489s since new system and new visas are going to replace the 489s from Nov.
Now when they wills tart considering the pending 2018 and 2019 Jan & Feb ones, we are not sure. Apart from waiting we cant do anything.

When we lodged in January, processing time was 5-6 months I believe. What a slowdown in their processing. They don't have any systematic procedure, even people from Feb end started receiving grants.

No use contacting them, they have updated the timelines, 8-9 months is the new timeline officially. Even if you contact it will be a standard reply. So just waiting is the way forward.

COs haven't got to march applications yet. They are still dealing with 2018, Jan and Feb 2019 cases. So you need to wait a bit more
Communication will be sent to the mail id given in application. You can also check your immiaccount's message tab

Oh that is not the case if you have any educational document of your spouse with English medium specified on it. Or you can take a declaration from one of your spouse's educational institution saying that she completed her education in English medium. This is called functional English document. I submitted that

I also haven't claim any point for my spouse, but what I understand is that you need to provide English competency document for all family member above 18 else you have to pay a second installment. can you give me a call on +61731032748 please.

Thanks again; do you have any idea on vac2 (second installment in lieu of spouse English test) payment? can I proactively make this payment to save time? or I have to wait till CO asks for it.
