its being rejected cuz i m currently unemployed which is my husbands choice to spend time with our families before i move to australia for good. and he is supporting my financially as well.

and remember if your case is genuine and straight forward you can also appeal the decision. as the partner visa requirement itself implicitly emphasis you and partner to live together (the financial aspect, social aspect etc all can be achieved only when u live together)

i know, i myself had really horrific experience with these guys and decided to do everything by myself. but now because my visitor has been refused twice i m thinking maybe i'm not doing something right and i need professional help. but again im skeptical to take their help.
but was your partners first time in Australia then its easy to get a visa. i got mine first time very easy.

Yes my partner is in Australia. But can you please tell me how long you have been in Australia? ( I am here for 4 years)  
Yes, I do understand they are  strict with visitor visa (I had to show the proof of my application - 309 visa) and then gave for 6 months - but there are also cases where they have given visitor visa first without much hassle) 
No mate, I had a bad experience with these "professional" agents half way through my own PR, and thats when I decided to file my own application - it is much easier and even faster

alright!! how did u get the visitor visa organised yourself?? 
is your partner there for the first time in Australia. i am currently unemployed and tried for visitor twice but no luck. so its really frustrating for me now without my partner. if you got any professional help for visitor lemme know. thanks

I am doing it on my own . Yes I am with my partner in Australia at the moment and she is on visitor visa for the past six months. So we are awaiting  the decision or else have to extend the visitor visa from Australia (bit of a hassle) . However no updates do far. Based on the immitracker we should have /or get an update soon on the decision.

alright so you are doing it by yourself or hired an agent. and are u currently in india or with your partner by looks of the evidence you mentioned. because as i am offshore my evidence are a bit different to yours.
