There is no such Initial Entry date. Even my wife returned to Australia after one month. You can confirm this by checking your Spouse visa grant letter which she will receive once she lands in India.

Hi, how much time you get after grant to enter Australia. Is there something you can share. My wife is with me in Australia and case officer has asked her to depart country before they can make a decision. 
 
She would like to come back after 2 months and i am not sure if there is a clause of entry.

If partner applied for an Offshore partner visa (309) then she needs to travel outside Australia for visa to be granted. It can be to any country outside Australia..They will grant the visa in 1-7 working days.

Hey Madhav, did the grant notification require your partner to travel outside Australia ( if your partner was in Australia ? ) If so, is the travel required back to India or will travel to any country outside Australia suffice?
