Thanks Andy, my consultant confirmed submission, looks like it is AHC delay due to corona lockdown.

No update on my application yet. My status is Further Assessment. Did you click the button "I have submited all documents" on the documents upload page?  
With the recent lock down in India I doubt the grant will come soon.

Hi Andy, Any update on PR grant, my documents were asked for on 19 Feb 2020 and I submitted all documents on 11 Mar 2020, but somehow status still shows initial assessment, hasn't moved to further processing, assume your immiaccount status is saying further processing now.

The statutory declaration should be of the Sponsor or the applicant ? Can you please also let me know the context of the declaration ?

You don't have access to any visa office. If you applied from India then by default the visa processing goes to New Delhi immigration office.

Question: How do you get to visa office?

I got the email at around 6 pm Australia time on 2nd March. 
Medicals was done on 9th April 2019
