May I know why you were requested to provide biometrics? You haven't provided biometrics when you entered Canada?

Actually, I have also applied for express entry under NOC 2173 as a provincial nominee through BC Post Graduate Stream. I have heard people saying that NOC 2173 is regulated and requires a license. Could you please confirm if you have requested a license or know anything about it? I would highly appreciate your response. Thanks
