No I landed this February, my application is BCPNP - FSW - EE so I still fall under the exemption list... Strange for them to send me an ADR for this. 
 
I do fall under "Who does not need proof of funds" listed here:

Since I landed in Canada 6 months ago and have steady income it doesn't make sense for me to keep 13k for settlement, I'm already settled 😄 (It was spent for a car and for housing) 
 
So I uploaded all documents from my canadian bank accounts (less than required funds available) including credit cards and loans including payslips (Canadian) and work contract with LOE again. We will see the outcome...
