Did this happen after you gave your bio metrics? or they did not ask for bio metrics.

Thanks very much for responding, try your best and write them a very solid appeal letter if you didn't do yet. I hope they can open your application again and change their decision. Best of luck

Hi Samies, understand ill start with NSNP. Wife got nominated for NOC4021 with relevant certificates of College lvl experience. At the time of nomination she was working as a School teacher of which we provided letter of reference just as current job with neither different NOC nor any points claimed of experience, just shown as current job.

After getting ITA we applied in EE with the same NOC4021 with same certificates which helped us get nominated in NSNP and also mentioned the current job without claiming any points and experience for that. Now the error part of these guys is they ignored the points claiming NOC4021 relevant college lvl experience certificate of 2n half years full time and refused a PR on the basis of the current job which we never used for claiming experience points nor we showed it relating to primary NOC. They contradicted their own provincial govt. They refused me for job n duties which I never claimed and didn't approved the ONE which nominated us.

I hoped you could clarify me a little what was the specific issue with your wife's NOC?
I am sure you all will get through soon.

Best

Hello HARINAMDAS2010, feel really sorry for your application. I have read the comments and wondering about two things:
1- even though your wife has changed her NOC! as long as she is in the skill level 1 or 2, then where is the issue? Only in one case, which is that she put her primary NOC as NOC4021 when she claimed her EE points and then changed her job and NOC to a different skill level when she submitted her PR application!? otherwise there is no issue at all to have your primary NOC different from your current experience NOC?! I HOPE YOU CLARIFY THIS?
2- since you didn't receive PF letter after this long time, you might need to appeal and reopen your application and correct the misunderstanding.  Hope it works with you guys!!

Dear Veera, thanks for your concern and I wish u get thru ur ppr soon.  My wife switched job as a school teacher after marriage but had a 4n half yr experience in NOC4021 b4 marriage. We used the same and got NSNP nomination on that behalf. The current job is just to show that she is employed we never used the current job as experience against the NOC4021. So they ignored the necessary and refused on behalf of the unwanted.

Sorry to know yoyr refusal  HARINAMDAS2010. Especially after this long bitter waiting. Hope you reapply and get through soon. If you don't mind can you please tell what is the current job of your wife? Coz I guess her NOC used to apply for PR is college lecturer or professor. So did she switch job to some other field now and that caused the refusal?

No brothers I did not recieve any PF letter or any clarification seeking letter before the refusal, they cleared my R10 and Criminality check 6 months after (MEP) And in the 8th month refused my application saying that my wife's 1 and half year current job isnt in course with the NOC applied ignoring my wife's previous work experience in the same NOC. Also i never claimed my current job as experience so why using my current job as a refusal excuse.
