Patience. There's some major process failure that the CIC has been going through. I know people personally who applied in front of me atleast one month after my Application and yesterday they have got their Passport Stamped along with COPR.

200th day and still you are stuck at background check not started ? I see lot of people in these forum getting their PPR request even if they had their AOR date around 31st October an dours is october 1st week. Mine is still stuck at background check not started. This is going no where.

Hi Once you crossed 180 days should start raising webform. my AOR is 23 September and i raise 2nd time webform yesterday

U can post here as I am there...awake these all nights wondering what the hell is happening. One of my couple friend submitted their application 21 days after mine. They got their PPR two weeks back...imagine...however, as days are passing by I am finding several whose applications are stuck without any reason. These people apparently just shelf several application citing "Load Redistribution". Unfortunately u and me seem to have fallen into their category for sure. Their system is so so stupid that there is just no clarity...no transparency and no way to predict the status. Just wait and watch. However, what I suggest is, wait for the 190th day mark. Incase no movement, then raise the webform. Basically poke those idiots to wake up and flag it application for quick processing. That's the only way out. I have also been told to call them, however it's not that easy apparently to call them as usually it takes around 45mins wait time to reach them. So better is to raise the webform on ur 190th day. I have also seen several people who have without raising their webform and also without even entering IP2 stage being issued PPR directly. So keep it fingers crossed mate and keep me updated.
