@dagonwar, yes I got the VO info by calling in and I got the same response as you. Eligibility and criminality done, security is pending.

@Akhil what is your VO ?? did you get the status by calling to the CIC agent. i called an agent today and he said :

Eligibility  Met ( So it is still waiting on Officer approval ),
Criminality  Passed 
Security Not started

My e-APR AOR date is 02-JUNE-2019. I got BIL on the 16th of July and gave my biometrics on the 18th. My wife gave her biometrics on the 23rd. Since then there is no update. Can you tell me what would be the next step. My BG status was "we are processing your background check..." since my medicals passed. I do not know when its changed but I observed it only when I checked my medicals status. It might have been the same since the start but I am not sure though.

@sloth, have you ordered GCMS notes? I believe only citizens or PR holders can order those notes. It's $16 if I go through the process from this website.
