@Sith Lord, I know they're damn lazy but when it's destined it'll come. For me the mention of visa office as New Delhi was enough to strengthen myself for a year long wait.

In that case, I don't think case processing agent has still reviewed your file. The program assistant conducted R10 checks, marked RR for stat question as per procedure and transferred it to New Delhi. Now only god can help you. New Delhi is notorious for delaying cases. The sloths there don't even reply to emails.

@Sith Lord, Eligibility says not started. After my file is moved to New Delhi, it is collecting dust. No movement at all as per GCMS notes. The second set I ordered after a couple of months shows same information.

Hello, what is your eligibility status in GCMS notes? Does it say Review Required? I believe Stat question review required is noted by program assistant initially during R10 checks. Even I had stat question marked as review required because of my previous refusal but 2 weeks later, case processing agent marked my eligibility as recommended pass.It is waiting for final review!!

@mkrs If you have answered yes to any of the statutory questions in your application then most likely it ends up with review required. Since I was denied study permit back in 2016, I had to declare this refusal in my application and answered affirmative in the question specifically asking for this information. As per my GCMS notes, case processing agent put a recommendation for review required - statutory questions.
