Lance, I use an app called 'TextNow' and registered with a free Canadian phone number.. There are other apps if this one isn't available

@PrasadK How do you call "1–888–242–2100" from the US? It always says the call cannot be connected, even with Google Hangouts. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

On the other hand, I feel like the last GCMS order might be the reasons the officer was nudged in the direction of my application.. so it could be either way!

I am starting to believe that is the reason your process got delayed. Mine is still in the same situation. I just cancel the orders I had open. Let see if it can speed up the process. Talking with one agent by phone she mentioned that when we order the GCMS notes the application is frozen so they can take the screenshots. 
 
I did order the GCMS notes in April but only receive it in August. I did put more two orders but no response up to now. So I decided to cancel the requests.
