OMG, thank you so much! That would be awesome. I sincerely appreciate the assistance! I still haven't heard anything about my notes yet but I'm seeing a couple people who have the same issue as me. Their estimated time has been extended. Not sure if it's the number of applications or what.

I understand your frustration. The way I found out was by using the call center, but that was before they closed off the line. The only two options I know for contact now are the notes and the webform. I follow a FB group where I've read that persons with expired timelines can do through a specific person connected to the government to get updates. I'll try to get more info and leave another comment.

Ugh. I'm getting seriously frustrated. I tried using the Web Form but the link just brings me to the same page. I've reported the issue but I've gotten zero response. Not too sure what's happening with everything. Do you know how to find out which visa office you've been assigned to?

Really? I've been reading that the processing time for notes has also increased, but yes you are beyond the timeline so I think contacting them is the right thing to do. Do you know your visa office? I hope you get a positive response soon.

Nope. Not yet. Haven't heard from either IRCC or the GetGCMS people. They say I can file a complaint with ICC about how late the notes are but I don't know if I should. Also, my "estimated processing time" has expired. It's been more than 6 months and I haven't heard from them. I'm going to try to contact them for further information through the Web Form.

Hi. Have you gotten any update regarding the GCMS notes?
Case 78592

Ok understood. I just wanted to know if it's worth ordering them in the future. Thanks.

To tell you the truth, I haven't received them yet. They're late, but someone was saying that it could be because the finalisation takes precedence over the GCMS notes. I'm hoping that's the case.

Hi, did you get any insight from ordering the GCMS notes?
