I have a friend who has exact same education and role and the same company as me who already got PPR in less than two months. He told me he was in IP2 and a few days later he got ppr. Not sure if he skipped IP1. I also have one friend who’s also inland CEC but with IP1. I think most of ppl are IP1 after medical is cleared. A few of them skipping IP1.

I made some research and I found out who's applying inland usually skips IP2, going to IP2 directly.
I called to CIC today and they gave me the following information:

- Medical OK;
- Criminality in progress;
- Elegibility not started;
- Security not started;

I thought I was going to get the PR very soon, because of the last two updates with no new information... but it seems not :(

I think I am in the same situation with you. Got a ghost update same day on MEP and get an email notification the next day after MEP. And I am in IP2 as well. I have a smimilar NOC code with you, I am 2174. How come we are in IP2 so fast?

Hey MPatel, when you have an LMIA you can use it to get 50 extra points in your application. In my case, I have a LMIA-exempt job offer, so the 50 extra points counts after one year. You can check it on: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry...

If you have an LMIA, you can put it in your profile, so you will get extra points for that. Good luck! :)

Have you got invitation by use of Job offer? If yes, in which company you got job offer? Can you please help me understanding this?
