#case-83442 (Sith Lord)

Hey Deeptisingh, I raised a webform and asked for which visa office is processing my application and they responded that my file is with Case Processing Centre in Ottawa, Ontario.

Hey, how did you get to know your Visa Office. My AOR is 12th oct and my consultant said VO is only know during the final stage of application

Hey ruchin30, unfortunately my previous application was refused. It's a very strange case because as per GCMS notes, I was recommended pass and they had also rang up my employer and verified everything. But then in September, I was refused because I didn't provide Income tax documents. I explained that I was tax exempt so I was not required to file Income Tax. The officer, however, was not convinced I worked for the employer. 
 
I discussed with an immigration lawyer about my case and I was told the refusal could be due to the ambiguous WES ECA. The ECA Summary did not include my PG Diploma, however, it was individually assessed as equivalent to Canadian PG Diploma.  
 
I was advised to reapply using IQAS ECA which includes both my degrees in summary and with last 2 years Income Tax returns this time.   
 
I just hope I don't catch the officer on his bad day again.
