Hi @SAd, based on latest webform and IRCC call, in my case all the things are cleared just waiting for PPR/ COPR for last 4 months. 
 
as far as the exact status check is concerned best is to raise GCSN notes.

@Abee, when you submit your profile your Permanent Residency application status will show 'Submitted' on your Account Home page (this is the page which appears immediately after you answer your Security Question after login), unless you get an email saying your profile was updated (happens when you pass your medicals). In case your profile was updated it will say 'Application/Profile Updated' instead of 'Submitted'. When you further check your application status and go back to the Account Home page, the status will change to 'Submitted'. 
 
Ghost updates are these elusive updates where you will see 'Application/Profile Updated' on account home page without any email intimation. There are no actual changes in your profile when these ghost updates appear, atleast not on your profile status table. You will have to keep checking your IRCC portal daily because these are so easy to miss. 
 
I got 3 ghost updates on my profile. The first two were when I passed my medicals and the last one was on 26th February 2020 morning after which I got my PPR 'Ready for Visa' email the same evening. Do keep an eye out for GUs. Best wishes :)
