Congratulation for your PPR, can you please inform us how did you manage to clarify the situation after the PFL for your noc, have you selected a wrong NOC?

Hi Harrison...PFL stands for Procedural Fairness Letter and it is generally not a good sign if you get it. It means the officer has serious or very serious doubts about the application and is preparing to reject it. I got in July myself and regarded my NOC, but luckily I managed to clarify the situation and got PPR today.

Thank you for your reply. Please what does PFL mean? And pls do you remember what month exactly you got this from them? My application has been in Paris VO and I’m wondering what the delay is and if all their processing always takes a year.

Hi Harrison...I am FSW-O single applicant. Just got request for remeds. Previously received a PFL regarding eligibility. hopefully remeds means the application is now moving forward.

Hello. Please are you an FSW or a spousal sponsorship applicant as I see you have almost crossed a one year timeline. Also have you been able to contact Paris VO all this while?
