@rameshbkk one of my employment record was missing date of issue. I got to know this from gcms notes. I uploaded fresh letter through webform. My guess would be this could have caused a delay of 1-2 months

I see that it is marked as Review required. Would you mind sharing details on what was asked for review and how long the review process took to complete?

@davidthebestcho in your account you see just 1 category called "background verification" the subset of this is "Criminality verification" and "security verification" and each has to passed separately. You can get this granularity when you use webform.

@shan_2020 yes my employer did support by providing the employment letters ( separate letters for the 2 countries of work mentioned earlier)

Congrats! One quick question, when you said you raised a web form to check your status, did you simply ask them for an update? Wondering what they could provide you that's not already available in myaccount.

Yes shan_2020 got my copr and I have sent out photographs for pr card. In my case I have same employer but worked in 2 countries (Singapore and Canada)
