2. How much time did it take to get the notes?

-> case had ready for approval in notes since month of May. Also they put me in Covid Pace group. Needed to prove them via several communication means that I am in Canada. Once they got confirmation that I am in Canada looks like they approved.
Your stream says FSW-outland , but Country of Residence is Canada. Did you move to canada after applying for the PR on some other visa ?

-> LMIA based work permit beginning of this year. I had claimed 50 points too for job offer. So they know I will move in to Canada.
