Yes GCMS notes will take around 30 days to arrive. It will cost CAD$5 if you order it directly from ATIP. Its worth it if you're the worry type

For me, no updates whatsoever and I know others who are applying from Hong Kong are starting to panic

GCMS is great for tracking down the status, but it’s more likely taking about 30days to arrive ..
So I’d rather save the money and be patient :)

Just share an update. I finally talked to an agent to inquiry about my CNCC, and she said she does receive my webform with proof, but the officer has not confirmed they received the certificate or not, and ask me to wait.. It's been a month after the delivery tho. Probably need to order an GCMS as UK2CA said.

Hi Seraphpan, in essence, GCMS notes contain everything about your application from notes written by the agent/officer to every correspondence they sent/received. You can even see every CSE you've sent in the notes. It can be ordered directly from the Canadian Government if you are within Canada. Otherwise, you'd have to rely on a PR or Citizen of Canada to order them for you. You can also use online service to order them for you. There is a lot of information online regarding GCMS notes.

Ordering them will not have any adverse effects on the application.

Hi UK2CA, what is the GCMS notes? Never heard about it, will the ordering affect the application? Thanks ~~

Hi just want to share the following: if you want to be sure they received your CNCC it's best to order GCMS notes. IF they have received it, it will be shown under the "incoming" section in the GCMS notes pdf. It should be the only document received via mail depending on your situation

Seraphpan, I would think they were referring to your attachments.

Just got reply of webform: "We are pleased to confirm reception of the document(s). We have forwarded them to the responsible office for their consideration."
Not sure he/she received my CNCC or the DHL delivery proof that I attached.

Hey seraphpan, yea you both don’t have to do biometric again as you’re exempted. Soon your biometric status will be updated as Completed:)

Both me and my dependent have give our biometrics last year for our work permit, seems like we don't need to do it again?
