I believe this is faster than average, they quoted 2-3 months for the PR card to arrive, but with possible delays up to 1 year.
So happy to see you got the news! I just wanted to ask if you did a re-medical exam and then the status changed to Review of medical results - November 22, 2021:You passed the medical exam.
Or did it change on its own? Because mine has changed from the previous message stating when it was done to: "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."

- send 2 physical personal photographs to the nearest visa application centre
This needs to be done within 30 days, then they can issue a COPR.
In other words, they extended the medical exam.
